Engaged in advocacy of humanitarian mandates to protect refugees, including vulnerable survivors of trafficking, torture, persecution, and violence and linked our clients receiving legal services to these social services programs through service-referrals and counseling

-Facilitated social service program management by connecting French-speaking immigrant women and children that were victims of gender-based violence with educational, shelter, food, medical, mental health, and employment services

-Coordinated advocacy campaigns on humanitarian issues by preparing and distributing newsletters, press releases, policy briefs and memos, sign-on letters to Congress, and action alerts
