Joonafrica- Team Building Workshops

Worked with the Director of Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator program to facilitate discussions and activities that explored the topics and challenges most relevant to their team. Identified specific areas the businesses wanted to develop and worked to increase the effectiveness of the outputs that support the growth of the company. In this capacity, we:

• provided organizational assessments to be completed prior to the workshop and information on what team-building activities will cover
• addressed the primary causes of low productivity through various team building activities
• presented solutions on how to manage conflict(s) and increase efficiency and yield high performance through workshops
