Chinonye “Chi Chi” Egbulem is the Founder and Lead Consultant for Sproutly Support Services. She is an accomplished gender specialist, birth and postpartum doula, social-impact thought leader, health and racial equity consultant. All of her advocacy work is centered on reproductive justice, economic empowerment, and employee wellbeing.
As a French-Speaking dual national Nigerian American with strong analytical skills, extensive leadership and project management experience, Chi Chi’s professional journey has taken her from being a direct service provider to now gender specialist and sexual and reproductive health advocate. Her career accomplishments include an outstanding 11+ years of demonstrated experience building solid relationships with service providers and implementing partners, and working with a diverse group of people to implement people-related strategy.
As a dynamic and bold disruptor, Chi Chi often works as a DEI strategist and organizational development consultant for iNGOs. In 2019, she launched Sproutly – a women-led international development consultancy that partners with global organizations around the world to unlock their potential by navigating the challenges connected to equity, bias, diversity, inclusion, anti-oppression, and anti-racism. In this capacity, they help leaders assess and put in place systems to routinely monitor and address the extent to which their own organization promotes racial equity, diversity, and social and economic inclusion from within while working to drive positive social and business outcomes.
Chi Chi holds a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate with Cornell University. She is also a recipient of the University of South Florida College of Business’ Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
