Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and management of projects employing qualitative data analysis

  • Develop study materials (such as interview and moderator guides, protocol testing, and quality control plans)
  • Interpret study results to identify trends/patterns. 
  • Gather and visualize data, convert complex data and findings into tables, charts, and reports
  • Collaborate with project team on a day-to-day basis to work under tight deadlines 
  • Develop and track project schedules
  • Anticipate potential barriers to project completion, propose solutions to team leadership

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of at least 1 yea of professional research
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends
  • Great analytical skills (coding, thematic analysis)
  • Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic
  • Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients
  • International Development; NGO experience
  • Positive “can do” attitude
