Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and management of projects employing qualitative data analysis
- Develop study materials (such as interview and moderator guides, protocol testing, and quality control plans)
- Interpret study results to identify trends/patterns.
- Gather and visualize data, convert complex data and findings into tables, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with project team on a day-to-day basis to work under tight deadlines
- Develop and track project schedules
- Anticipate potential barriers to project completion, propose solutions to team leadership
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of at least 1 yea of professional research
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Keen eye for spotting data trends
- Great analytical skills (coding, thematic analysis)
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients
- International Development; NGO experience
- Positive “can do” attitude
